Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving incorrect information, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. ZORAH is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier service.

Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted strictly in accordance with our Return Policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or defective.

Jewellery requires proper care to maintain its condition. ZORAH is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper handling, exposure to chemicals, moisture, or failure to follow care instructions.
